Iscador is registered brand name of a product containing an extract of the Mistletoe plant which grows naturally on the barks of various trees.

First marketed in 1917 in Switzerland, and today in many parts of Europe, Iscador was brought to the public's attention in the USA by actress Susan Sommers.

The manufacturer/distributor term Iscador a complementary medicine rather than an alternative medicine.
